“Anyone and everyone in the food industry is here”
Here’s a little glimpse of what The Speciality and Fine Food Fair 2017 had to offer…
Due to circumstances beyond my control, I missed this year’s fair, so I’ll be making sure I head straight there for September 2018 so I can fill James’ Food Blog readers in on all the delights of this trade only event.
London’s Speciality and Fine Food Fair is one of the biggest trade only events that takes place in the food and drinks industry and has a focus on all things specialist. A great place for trade visitors as it gives us a chance to sample some of the best delicacies available on the market so that they can be brought home and made into the beautiful dishes we all so badly crave to serve up. As a producer it’s a fantastic opportunity to exhibit your produce and develop fabulous links to the industry. Both visitors and exhibitionists can watch stunning live demos to help them learn new tricks and give them inspiration for new products or dishes, if the live demos aren’t enough then there’s even the opportunity to pop along to workshops tailored to selecting and producing the very best of the best specialist food and drink.
Exhibits fall under a number of different categories so you won’t find it hard to find a little bit of what you fancy from the perfect oils for any situation to appetizers, deserts and the best accompanying beverages this event has it all.
