Oh my gosh I’m eating a Zoo

As I exclaimed to Robert Oliver New Zealand’s Food Ambassador in Beijing last year.  Little did I think this comment would be reported in the Huffington Post


Robert, a regular writer and a man with a great ability to make food real in words has written a great article about modern day Beijing food.  Its certainly worth pouring a cuppa and reading to understand the modern day evolution of the most popular cuisine on the planet.
