Gourmand World Cookbook Awards 2012

After winning a Gourmand World cookbook Award myself in 2008, I know just how important these awards are.  I’ve had opportunities with Gourmand that have taken me to France, Germany, Abu Dhabi and an award winning TV series on China Food TV.  The Shortlist for 2012 is out and the UK has done very well indeed.
