Topsy Turvy Roast Chicken

I have written lots recently about roast dinners (the nations favourite), I’ve also featured ‘the beer can chicken’ much in my work.  You know, the recipe where one inserts a can of beer into a chickens cavityand cooks the chicken standing tall.  Well, today I was agust at my local gastro pub for lunch.

What do you think?  Food styling gone wrong or the new thing?
